Yes. The parent estate carries a registered global Certificate of Occupancy, and each plot is allocated with an individual allocation letter and survey plan.
A 30% initial deposit reserves your plot. The balance can be spread across 3, 6, or 12 months with no interest.
We strongly recommend the 2-step inspection, but diaspora buyers can reserve remotely with a video walkthrough and a power of attorney. Ask us for details.
